Sponsorship of Events
Over the years Nashua Zimbabwe has sponsored various sports including:
- Kariba International Tiger Fishing Tournament (KITFT) – 2003 – 2011
- Prince Edward Rugby , The PE Nashua Tigers – 2004 – 2007
- Churchill Rugby, The Nashua Bull Dogs – 2013 – 2015.
More recently we have embarked on a trail of printing 3D Prosthetic hands/arms.
While still in the early stages, we are on the on going search for ideal candidates for this project.
Having run only 2 trails so far, both of these have been successful and with this, we look to try and print a minimum of a prosthetic every month, if not more. We aim to help and work with the underprivileged in the communities, who would otherwise not have had the opportunity to have access to a prosthetic.
There will be more coming in this section as the projects develops and expands.
