The event commenced with a warm welcome from Taurai Thagalani, our Director of Sales and Business Development, who had the honour of introducing Ryan Kelly, our esteemed Nashua Managing Director. Our MD set the stage with his opening remarks, paving the way for an enlightening journey into the world of print technology and leading a customer service centric experience.

To provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the Nashua Production Print Bureau, Wesley McDade, our Technical Director, led a brief but insightful tour of the Technical Support and Stores. This behind-the-scenes excursion offered a first-hand look at the meticulous processes and the secure and environmentally-controlled facilities that make our production bureau and technical services truly exceptional.

Returning to the Production Print area, Taurai took the stage once again, captivating the audience with his speech on the new Production Print Service that Nashua now offers. His engaging presentation shed light on the advanced capabilities of the bureau and the multitude of benefits it offers to businesses and organisations seeking high-quality and bulk print solutions.Adding a touch of authenticity and real-world experience, we were honoured to have Moses Mawadza, a valued customer from Great Zimbabwe University, join us as a special guest speaker. Moses shared his heartfelt testimonial, expressing the university’s long-standing partnership with Nashua Zimbabwe and the exceptional level of service they have received throughout the years. His words resonated with the audience, highlighting the trust and confidence that our customers place in us.

Another highlight of the event was the presence of Allan Burness, a representative from our esteemed partner, Ricoh. As a renowned expert in the field, Allan took the stage and showcased the cutting-edge features and functionalities of Ricoh Production Printers. His demonstration left attendees in awe of the limitless possibilities these devices offer the market and emphasized our commitment to partnering with industry leaders to bring the best solutions to our customers.
