Harare Sales Department:

Position:

SALES CONSULTANT – TECHNICAL SALES (SECURITY CAMERA SERVICES (CCTV) AND SOFTWARE)

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum qualification – Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or
  • Degree/Diploma in Information system is a must.
  • One year of working experience.
  • Previous working experience in security cameras, print, and document software added advantage
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Own Vehicle Optional
  • Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
  • Age 21 years and above

Brief Resume of Duties:

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Building strong customer relationships, identifying needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Security Cameras Sales: Proficient in selling, prospecting, and installing security camera systems.
  • Selling Print and document management solutions
  • Presentation, training, installations, and product/service demonstration for all technical sales
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Organization & Time Management: Highly organized and efficient with strong time management skills.
  • Technology & Data Management: Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and data management software.
  • Proposal & Reporting: Skilled in preparing customer proposals, sales reports, and prospect updates.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Cooperative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Adhere to quality management system (QMS) processes, procedures, and policies both intra- and inter-departmental.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Director – Sales and Business Development
