Qualification and Experience:

• Degree Qualifications in IT / Computer Studies / Information Systems
• Microsoft SQL server / HTML /Java /Postgres / C#

Brief Resume of duties:

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs internal and external
• Debug and fix software defects
• Creating reports from SQL database
• Making requested changes, updates and modifications to database structure and data.
• Ensuring database security, integrity, stability, and system availability.
• Maintaining database backup and recovery infrastructure
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and trends.
• Document all test data and test results.
• Conduct system demonstrations, training, and presentations for users.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Directors and work with vendors in the research, development, and implementation of server technologies.
• Administering SQL database.
• Diagnosing and resolving database issues.
• Systems Administrator Backup.
• Reporting.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, or a related file.
• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Networking/Technological Certifications a plus (Cisco, MS, A+, Network+, etc.)
• Knowledge of Windows OS(11/Server), iOS, Android OS, and Office Suite is a must
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills across multiple platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of print and document management is a plus.

• Software solutions scoping, design, and installation for Nashua Customers
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Network, software, hardware maintenance and upgrade
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Assisting internal clients/users with day to day IT related queries
• Network, hardware, and software support for Nashua Customers.
• Server installation and maintenance
• Assisting the technical department with any IT-related issues with clients.
• IT helpdesk.
• Reporting.
• Undertaking any other duties as directed by the Management.
